4 Year Plan
Reaching Goals Requires a Plan
All IB students should complete an IB Four-Year Plan to ensure that they will be able to fulfill all graduation and IB Diploma requirements.
Step OneUse this form to plan your year course of study with your counselor. If you or your parent have any questions about the form or courses, you may contact Mrs. Archer at any time.

Step TwoFill in all remaining graduation requirements and electives using the COHS Registration Manual, also found under the "Guidance" link on the COHS website. Diploma Candidates should include Theory of Knowledge for the second half of the junior year and the first half of the senior year. Plan to complete the Extended Essay workshop class (3 weeks) in the summer before senior year as well.

In your planning, consider how summer school can be utilized to complete graduation requirements. Honors classes and IB classes are not offered in the summer.
The prep program for IB is an honors program. Do not substitute required
honors courses with the non‐honors version. For example, to stay on track, you must take Honors Physics for 10th grade science, not regular Chemistry CP.
